The earliest dated greatcoat we've seen in this batch was produced in 1949, with the latest being 1966. A fine vintage for a wool greatcoat. The design is based off the British Pattern 1940 Wool Greatcoat, being identical in nearly every way aside from the interior lining fabric and buttons.
Of course, we've sorted out any that have defects such as moth holes, broken or missing buttons and very worn fabric.Ā
They feature two flap pockets on your waistline, an adjustable rear cinch and buttons along the lower flaps to help trap heat.
